The Children’s Defense Fund (CDF) is a non-profit child advocacy organization that has worked relentlessly for over 35 years to ensure a level playing field for all children. Children’s Defense Fund-Ohio is looking for an intern to manage the non-profit’s website and social media outlets.

The intern will be responsible for updating the CDF-Ohio website with current news content and relevant documents on a weekly basis. In addition, the intern will manage CDF-Ohio’s social media outlets—Facebook and Twitter—keeping them up to date with current news related to Ohio’s children and CDF-Ohio specifically.   This position is part-time and unpaid. The intern can work from the downtown Columbus office.   This is a great opportunity for a current student to gain experience working with a nationally known child advocacy organization. In addition, the intern will gain invaluable experience from exposure to the daily tasks of a nonprofit.

The Game Manufacturers Association (GAMA) is the non-profit trade organization dedicated to serving the tabletop game industry. GAMA strengthens and supports all industry professionals by advancing their interests, providing educational programs and opportunities, and promoting our unique form of quality social entertainment.  The intern will assist the organization with efforts for our two annual events:

1) The Origins Game Fair (Columbus, Ohio) a consumer event for roughly 11,500 attendees

This position is a part-time and a stipend will be paid after the completion of 200 hours.
